The LobbyThe lobby has been designed to offer a residential-inspired lounge area with a curated selection of art and eye-catching decorative elements. The lobby lounge is directly connected to the restaurant and bar, with both areas serving as the central space of hotel activities. Food BeverageThe hotel offers two signature food and beverage experiences operated by James Beard Award winning chef, Hugh Acheson. Mount Royal, three-meal ground floor Montreal-style steakhouse will embrace the rich culinary diversity of Quebec while spotlighting the work of the finest farmers and artisans in the Southeast.
