Hello - Our flight to Banff on August 5 was cancelled by Air Canada. So, we were unable to get to Banff until August 6. We didn't get to stay at the Banff Inn that we had reserved through orbitz. We had already paid $205.20 on May 18, 2023 for this hotel. Is there any way to get a refund?
